Outriders' Legendary Drops will soon equal "enhanced by 100%"

People Can Fly is up the rate of Legendary drops in its co-PI shooter, Outriders.

"We're making some changes to the Legendary Drops," the squad explained via a recent Reddit post. "Legendary Drib Rates, crosswise the control panel, will be enhanced by 100 per cent, Unreal Level off Brackets will be far, so that every last Legendary items toilet knock off at some level, and [a] Legendary Anti-Duplicate System will be enforced."

The last mentioned means that if a quality has an item in their stock or stash and a duplicate token is rolled, the born detail will be re-rolled once. Patc the organisation "does not guarantee that every drop will be unique", it is designed "to provide a second roll at avoiding a duplicate".

As for other changes? The team as wel addresses the signing-in issues that still plague the shooter, plus a boost to the luck system to check "players should no more feel very yearlong droughts without a Legendary item dropped during end game".

The changes are planned to rifle live as part of Outriders' next patch, which is expected to press release "early next week" once testing is hearty.

"Outriders is a game in the throes of an identity crisis," we said in the GamesRadar+ Outriders review. "It's an interesting amalgamation of Gears of State of war, Destiny, and Bulletstorm, with gameplay that oscillates between surprising and same-y. It has moments of extraordinary knockout, oblation up sweeping vistas of gorgeous alien monoliths surrounded by swirling blue clouds, and so it has you slog through seven hours' worth of muddy Brown University landscapes. Thither are flashes of variety mixed with pangs of repetition.

"IT's hard to trap down Outriders, a game that's constantly pinning you down in susceptible areas untidy with thorax-high walls," the brushup continues. "Information technology shines when it leans into how it was marketed: as a bloody, untidy, foul-mouthed looter shooter that lets you get the piss KO'd of aliens. However, Outriders has so many another other moving parts that make it muddier than the legal age of its landscapes."
